Sleeping Arrangement:

Jupiter Villa can accommodate up to 20 people. Sleeping arrangement is as followed:
1. Master Suite #1 (2nd floor): King-size bed w/ memory foam and Full-size Futon
2. Master Suite #2 (1st floor): King-size bed w/ memory foam
3. Bedroom #3 (2nd floor): King-size bed w/ memory foam
4. Bedroom #4 (1st floor): Queen-size bed w/ memory foam
5. Bedroom #5 (1st floor): Queen-size bed w/ Posturepedic mattress
6. Bedroom #6 (2nd floor): Three sets of Bunk beds (two Twin/Full and one Twin/Twin), Kid entertainment area with Flat screen TV, DVD, Xbox 360 gaming system (bring your own games)
7. Full-size Futon bed in game room (1st floor)
8. Additional air mattresses, portable baby crib, baby chair are available upon request (at arrival time)

Seating Arrangement

Eating area with formal dining set (seat 12), and breakfast counter (seat 8)

Family Room Arrangement:

1. U-shaped Leather sofa set (seat 14)
2. 55" LCD TV with HDTV cable receiver, Blu-Ray DVD Player, Sony PS3 gaming system, Wii gaming system (bring your own games)

Kitchen:

1. Cookware, dinnerware, flatware, drink ware, baking needs and utensils
2. Small electric appliances: coffee maker, toaster, can opener, blender
3. Major appliances: Dishwasher, microwave ovens, stove, two full-size ovens, two full-size refrigerators
4. Paper towels, dishwashing detergent and hand soap.

Bathrooms:

1. 4 full Bathrooms with walk-in shower: 2 on 2nd floor, 2 on 1st floor
2. Additional Jacuzzi jetted tub in the 2nd floor master bathroom, soaked tub in the 1st floor bathroom
3. Bath towels and linens
4. Bathroom tissues papers

Laundry Room:

1. Full-size washer and dryer
2. Complimentary laundry supplies (fabric softener, liquid detergent)

Miscellaneous:

1. Game room with full-size pool table, big screen LCD TV/DVD
2. Flat screen LCD TV with built-in DVD in all bedrooms
