Paradise Villa Arrangements and Amenities

Sleeping Arrangement:

Paradise Villa can accommodate up to 20 people. All rooms have flat screen TV’s. Sleeping arrangement is as followed:
1. Master en-suite #1 (2nd floor): King-size bed w/ memory foam mattress and Full-size Futon
2. Master en-suite #2 (1st floor): King-size bed w/ memory foam mattress
3. Master en-suite #3 (1st floor): King-size bed w/ memory foam mattress
4. Bedroom #4 (1st floor): King-size bed w/memory foam mattress
5. Bedroom #5 (1st floor): King-size bed w/memory foam mattress
6. Bedroom #6 (2nd floor): King-size bed w/ memory foam mattress
7. Bedroom #7 (2nd floor): Three sets of Bunk beds (two Full/Full and one Twin/Twin), Kid entertainment area with Flat screen TV, DVD, Xbox 360 gaming system (bring your own games)
8. Full-size Futon bed in game room (1st floor)
9. Additional air mattresses, portable baby crib, baby chair are available upon request (at arrival time)

Seating Arrangement:

1. Eating area with formal dining set (seating 12), breakfast counters (seating 12)
2. U-shaped Leather sofa set (seat 14)

Family Room Arrangement:

1. U-shaped Leather sofa set
2. 60” LED TV with HDTV cable receiver, Blu-Ray DVD Player, Sony PS3 gaming system, Wii gaming system (bring your own games)

Kitchen:

1. Cookware, dinnerware, flatware, drink ware, baking needs and utensils
2. Small electric appliances: coffee maker, toaster, can opener, blender
3. Major appliances: Dishwasher, microwave ovens, stove, two full-size ovens, two full-size refrigerators
4. Paper towels, dishwashing detergent and hand soap.

Bathrooms:

1. 5 full Bathrooms with walk-in shower and a powder room: 2.5 on 2nd floor, 3 on 1st floor
2. Two Jacuzzi jetted tubs ( one in the 2nd floor master bathroom, one in the 1st floor master bathroom)
3. Bath towels and linens 4. Bathroom tissues papers

Laundry Room:

1. Full-size washer and dryer
2. Complimentary laundry supplies (fabric softener, laundry detergent)

Miscellaneous:

1. Game room with full-size pool table, big screen LCD TV
2. Flat screen LCD TV with built-in DVD in all bedrooms
3. Private backyard huge heated swimming pool (17ft x 34ft) with built-in spa, patio set, lounge chairs
4. Propane gas grill
5. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet
6. Two out-door showers. Please wash off sands before entering the house or swimming pool
7. Beach toys, beach chairs
