Oceanside Villa Arrangements and Amenities

Sleeping Arrangement:

Oceanside Villa can accommodate up to 18 people. Sleeping arrangement is as followed:

1. Master Suite #1 (3nd floor): King-size canopy bed and 1 full-size futon
2. Bedroom #2 (3nd floor): Queen-size bed
3. Bedroom #3 (2nd floor): Queen-size
4. Bedroom #4 (2nd floor): Queen-size
5. Bedroom #5 (1st floor): Queen-size
6. Bedroom #6 (1st floor): 2 sets of Full(top)/Full(bottom) bunk beds and 1 set of Twin/Twin bunk bed
7. Full-size sleeper bed in game room (1st floor)
8. Additional air mattresses, portable baby crib, baby chair are available upon request (at arrival time)

Seating Arrangement:

Eating area with formal dining set (seat 8), and breakfast counter (seat 4)

Family Room Arrangement:

1. Leather sofa set
2. 50” Flat screen TV with HDTV cable receiver

Kitchen Areas:

1. Cookware, dinnerware, flatware, drink-ware, baking needs and utensils/cutlery
2. Small electric appliances: coffee maker, 4-slice toaster and also toaster oven, can opener, blender, egg beater
3. Major appliances: Dishwasher, 2 microwave ovens, 2 stoves (one has a built in grill on 1side), two full-size ovens, two full-size stainless steel refrigerators
4. Paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and hand soap.

Bathrooms:

1. 4 full Bathrooms with walk-in shower and tubs : 2 on 1st floor, 1 on 2nd floor, and 1 on 3rd floor
2. Soaking tub on the 3rd floor master bathroom
3. Bath towels and linens
4. Bathroom tissues papers

Laundry Room:

1. Full-size front-load washer and dryer
2. Complimentary laundry supplies (fabric softener, liquid detergent)
3. Stairway leading directly down stairs to outside swimming pool

Miscellaneous:

1. Game room with full-size billiard table, big screen LCD TV/DVD
2. Flat screen LCD TV in all bedrooms
3. Private backyard heated swimming pool and spa Jacuzzi, professional landscaping and a gazebo, large patio set, comfortable lounge chairs
4. Propane-gas grill
5. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet
